POCATELLO – Idaho State University’s College of Arts and Letters recently named 255 students to their fall dean’s list. The students come from 19 cities in eastern Idaho, which include 10 counties.
“We are proud to see so many eastern Idaho students succeeding in our college,” said Dean Kandi Turley-Ames. “It is also great to see students from around the country coming to our liberal arts program and recognizing its value.”
To qualify for the dean’s list, students must complete at least 12 semester credits and receive a grade point average of 3.66 or higher.
The students on the College of Arts and Letters dean’s list range from each discipline in the social sciences, humanities and fine arts.
The 19 cities include: Aberdeen, American Falls, Ammon, Bancroft, Blackfoot, Challis, Chubbuck, Downey, Idaho Falls, Iona, McCammon, Montpelier, Pocatello, Rigby, Ririe, St. Anthony, Shelley, Sugar City and Victor.
Other students on the list come from California, Oregon, Wyoming, New York, Alaska, Nevada, Utah, Washington, Texas and other cities in Northern and Western Idaho. They also come from Germany, China and Trinidad and Tobago.
