Idaho State University-Meridian’s Ruth Schneider featured in Food and Nutrition Magazine

Idaho State University Associate Professor and registered dietitian Ruth Schneider is profiled for her efforts to fight hunger in Boise in the September-October issue of Food and Nutrition Magazine, a publication of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

The Academy is the world's largest organization of food and nutrition professionals.

Schneider is interviewed in a section called Nutrition Heroes, which highlights health and nutrition professionals who are  helping communities around the world.  

Schneider is also clinical coordinator of the dietetic internship program at ISU-Meridian.  Click here to read the article.
